Make sure you apply a hydrating shampoo and conditioner that will stock up any moisture that flat-ironing could eliminate. Work a heat-protecting product into your hair while it is still wet. This will keep your hair from being fried during flat ironing and will keep it straight longer. Flat irons are safe to use on damp hair, but for best results, dry it completely before you flat iron it. Turn on your flat iron once your hair is completely dry.

If you use flat iron on one hand and a comb on the other hand, a well deserved hair styling results will going to accomplish. Combs make possible in firming and conditioning your hair before it goes through the plates of the iron.
